The objective of the Law at Lunch sessions was to deepen the understanding of participants on various legal topics.
Summary
The Law at Lunch sessions covered various topics such as legal issues affecting transgender people; diversity, law and judging; the Act of State Doctrine; the Hague Convention; habeas corpus; fiduciary obligations; current issues in the BC Provincial Court; human rights and intellectual property law; and sentencing law.
