This half-day online seminar focused on practical skills to deal with desk processes, consent orders, and divorce matters. It also included an update on the surrogate application process in Alberta. The seminar also addressed how to manage court proceedings with self-represented or high conflict litigants and how to approach the difficult issues that can arise in those circumstances. The seminar targeted newly appointed judges, but all judges were encouraged to attend.
