20170007 - The complainant alleges that the judge violated his right to counsel by refusing to adjourn the matter. He further alleges that Justice T refused to look at evidence, erred in her decisions, was young and guided by arrogance.

The Council has no authority to review the judicial decision-making process or the manner in which a judge has exercised her judicial discretion in the conduct of a case. The proper recourse for disagreeing with judicial decision-making is appellate review, not filing a complaint with the Council. The complainants claim is in regards to legal issues, not judicial misconduct.
