Provincial and territorial courts
In our judicial system, each provincial or territorial court has its own board that manages the judges of its court. Each of the stakeholders is also dedicated to the advancement of better justice for all.
A similar mission
As with the Canadian Judicial Council, the mandate of each of the provincial and territorial councils is, among other things, to improve judicial services within its jurisdiction. These councils receive complaints filed against judges who are provincially or territorially appointed.
