Trial Division of the New Brunswick Court of King's Bench Education

Judges of the Court met in October 2023 and considered the issues of standard probate requirements, publication bans in both civil and criminal matters, the management and efficient resolution of summary judgment motions, as well as best practices in case management and resolution conferences in criminal matters.
