This program focused on judicial skills. Experienced judicial faculty, from both within the Tax Court of Canada, and from other courts, discussed strategies and effective practices relating to oral reasons for judgment, time management, and managing reserves.
Objectives
The objectives of this seminar were to better understand when and how to effectively render oral judgments, and to develop practical skills with respect to time management, generally, and management of reserves, specifically.
