This program focused on case management for general and complex appeals and group appeals.

Objectives

The objective of this seminar was to enhance participants’ approaches to case management in general and complex appeals and to examine process issues in group appeals.

Summary

Led by experienced judges, the seminar used a combination of presentations, case scenarios, demonstrations and interactive questions and answers to share experiences and deliver practical advice on case management for general and complex appeals in the Court and to discuss the issues and process with reference to group appeals.
