Online Learning Series

The Court has developed a live online series that will focus on civil law issues and on our civil procedure rules in particular. The first session of the series was on summary judgements. It covered recent Court of Appeal decisions on the rule and offered judges advice on how to approach a notoriously fraught area of the law. Participating judges had the opportunity to engage in a discussion with colleagues during the session.
