This seminar focused on a variety of legal and practical topics relevant to the work of the Court of Queen’s Bench of New Brunswick.

Objective

The objectives of the seminar were to improve participants’ awareness of current issues facing the court and to expand on substantive skills and future knowledge on a variety of topics.

Summary

Led by experienced judges and academics, through a mix of lectures, panel discussions, and interactive activities, the seminar explored: guardianship applications; self-represented litigants; legal drafting and judgment writing; probate issues; and judicial wellness.
