Objectives
The objective of this course was to provide participants the tools and concepts necessary to craft well-written, understandable judgments.
Summary
Led by senior judges and academics, this course combined lectures and several exercises to hone judges writing skills. Topics included choices for organizing judgments, context, concision, stylistic clarity and energy, self-editing and collegial editing.
