This bilingual one-day seminar addressed issues arising in criminal law appeals that are to the work of appellate court judges and trial judges in their capacity to hear criminal appeal matters.
Objectives
The objective of this seminar was to improve judges’ knowledge and ability to deal effectively with issues that commonly arise in criminal appeals, including but not limited to standard of review questions.
