Objective
The objectives of this seminar were to enhance participants’ practical skills, substantive knowledge, and awareness of social context issues with a particular focus on binding pre-trials and the use of different technological platforms to hold virtual hearings.
Summary
Led by experienced judges and the Court’s IT staff, this program used a combination of short lectures, panel discussions, and demonstrations to address topical issues for the judiciary, including binding pre-trials, judicial alternative dispute resolution and the use of technology.
