This program focused on relevant case law updates and tools for optimal judicial productivity.

Objectives

The objective of this course was to provide timely updates on case law and to enhance participants’ productivity.
 

Summary

With a multi-disciplinary faculty led by senior judges, sessions provided case law updates and practical advice on topics including the admissibility of expert evidence, child protection summary hearing procedures, class action litigation, jury selection processes, criminal pre-trials, and actions against land.  Judicial productivity sessions explored practical ways to maintain judicial wellness to ensure optimal productivity.
