Led by experienced judges, legal academics, and other practitioners, through a mix of lectures, panel discussions and interactive activities, the seminar explored: updates in criminal law jurisprudence, costs, family law processes, judicial wellness, and artificial intelligence.

This seminar focused on a variety of legal and practical topics relevant to the work of the  Court of King’s Bench of Alberta. 

Objectives

The objectives of the seminar were to improve participants’ awareness of current issues  facing the court and to expand on substantive skills and knowledge in relation to a variety of topics.
