This online meeting provided an opportunity to explore two topics of critical importance to the judiciary: artificial intelligence and stress management.

Objective

The educational aspect of the meeting allowed participants to not only acquire new knowledge about artificial intelligence and mental health, but also to develop their ability to manage and deal with stress on a daily basis. 

Summary

The educational segment of the meeting allowed judges to learn more about artificial intelligence. A presentation on the biology of stress and its effects, which included both theoretical and practical components, provided judges with many tips and tools to cope and deal with it.
