Court Administration Session – Respectful Workplace Policy

A presentation was provided to the justices on the court’s new Respectful Workplace Policy, including:

information on how the Policy was created and drafted, the behaviour the Policy is intended to address, the process to initiate a concern or complaint, confidentiality, timelines, and resolution measures.

This topic was also presented to the justices at a court-wide educational conference in spring 2019.
