Objective

The objective of this webinar was to build upon the experiences of judges in conducting motions and conferences through Zoom, to prepare them for a virtual trial.

Summary

The program was led by a panel of judges who offered guidance in the preparation and management of virtual trials. This took the form of reviewing technology, tools, templates, and checklists to ensure everyone involved would be ready to participate. It also included organizational tips to maximize efficiency and overcome glitches, and the webinar provided a brief live demonstration of a virtual trial.
