He was informed that in a letter of 18 July 2016, that the Council has no authority to review a judicial decision for the purpose of determining its correctness. It was noted that the Court of Appeal reviewed the very same allegations and found no error in the decision of the trial judge, dismissing the appeal entirely. The decision is conclusive and final.
