20170006 - Complainant was of the view that the Judge presiding her family law case was biased, unfair and lacked integrity. The member considering the matter reviewed a request to reconsider a complaint that was previously dismissed. The complainant failed to bring any new information in support of her complaint. The broad unsupported allegation of corruption is vexatious and as such the complaint was dismissed. The complainant’s requests for damages fall outside the mandate of the Council. This complaint does not warrant further consideration by the Council.
