Complainant requests a criminal investigation against two individuals who are not judges, and a new trial.

20170009 - Complainant requests a criminal investigation against two individuals who are not judges, and a new trial. This follows earlier complaints about a judgment on the contested property of two parcels of land. The Court of Appeal dismissed the appeal. The complainant requests an investigation against the surveyor and the opposing party and asserts that his complaint is not against Judge Riordan.

The Council does not carry out criminal investigations and does not have the authority to do so. The Council has no jurisdiction over the persons mentioned. The decision of the Court of Appeal is final and it alone can order a new trial. The Council has no power in this regard.
