20170022 - The complainant reiterates the same complaint for the fourth time. Previous complaints were dismissed by the Executive Director and the Chair of the JCC. In the latest letter, the complainant asked once more about the jurisdiction of the court and a review of the judge’s decision. It does not warrant consideration by the Council for the reason that, in light of previous complaints, the current complaint is clearly vexatious and an abuse of the complaint process.
