20160021 - The complainant indicated that Judge X issued an Order in his family law matter. Later, Justice Y dismissed the complainants’ motion to set aside or declare invalid the previous order. The Court of Appeal dismissed the complainant’s appeal. The complainant advised that he issued a Notice of Constitutional Issues that involved all the judges involved in this matter. The complainant alleged that the judges, as well as several other individuals and organizations, are acting in bad faith, with no consideration for the law or the facts as he believes them to be. He alleged incompetence, negligence, and bias. He is of the belief that all of the above-named judges have acted unlawfully and in ignorance of the law and that Justice Noble’s order was invalid and a nullity. As the complaint squarely involved judicial decision making, the matter was closed without any further action.
