20170005 - The complainant asks that her complaint be reconsidered.

The Council has no authority to review a judicial decision for the purpose of determining its correctness in the light of evidence and or the law. Nor can the council change or rescind a judgement. For these reasons, Council will not review the evidence of any case before the courts. If in disagreement with the judicial decision, or in the manner in which the judge assessed the evidence, the appropriate recourse lies before the courts, not the Council. The issues raised are legal ones, not issues of judicial conduct.
