The complainant alleges the judge was biased and prejudiced.

20170023 - The complainant alleges the judge was biased and prejudiced. He alleges fallacious reasoning, discrimination, intimidation and fraud on his part, and adds that the judge unlawfully restricted him from applying to Court. The complainant denies the court jurisdiction and is of the view that a conspiracy against him is in occurrence.

Bald allegations of bias, discrimination, intimidation and fraud in the absence of evidence, are vexatious and do not warrant consideration. Moreover, alleged bias is a legal issue to be addressed before the courts, not by filling a complaint to the Council. Additionally, judges have the jurisdiction to restrict litigants from applying to a Court if they demonstrate vexatious behaviour.

The matter does not warrant further consideration by the Council.
