20170025 - The complainant alleges that the judge disregarded and ignored false affidavits provided to the Court by the opposing party. She further alleges corruption on part of the judge.

It is not for Council to review the decision-making process or the manner in which a judge exercised his judicial discretion in the conduct of a case. The assessment of evidence is the responsibility of the trial judge. If a litigant is in disagreement with the decisions of that judge, the litigant should go before the appellate courts. Council has no further authority to change the decision of a judge. Furthermore, an allegation in absence of credible and factual evidence is vexatious.

The matter does not warrant further consideration by the Council.
