Canadian Judicial Council announces an additional date for preliminary hearings in the Girouard matter

The Inquiry Committee constituted to review the conduct of the Honourable Michel Girouard has added a date to hear submissions on additional preliminary matters on 16 April 2015. 

The Committee also wishes to announce a change of venue for the substantive hearings already scheduled beginning 4 May 2015. 

All events will now be held in Room 5.02B, 300 Jean-Lesage Boulevard, Quebec City beginning at 9:30 am.

Those following these proceedings are encouraged to visit the Council's website frequently for recent documents posted, including the Committee's decisionsrelating to the preliminary motions heard on March 23 and 24.
